HMSK SANTINA BOUTIQUE RESORT, MALDIVES.

  Santina Boutique Resort is a upcoming project of HMSK and is the last unfinished project of Ashweeinshrie  as she completed her internship before the due of this current  Resort project . It is a 7 star resort to be build in Maldives. It is a resort  that will be on land and the private villa to be on Water with all facilities to be provided such as private butler service, spa , gym, private jacuzzi , honeymoon packages, buggy service,  bicycle facilities and etc. The design concept of Santina Boutique Resort is mainly to give a relaxation ambience with the uses of good materials like wood, glass and bamboo. The colour scheme of the resort is more to beige, white, brown, copper, water blue and etc. The Main attraction of the resort apart of the water chalet is the landscape designs. Imported weather selected plants, trees and flowers are to be  brought to create a unique ambience. Various types of unit plans  are designed such as water chalet, private island chalet, deluxe room, open ocean villa, two bedroom villa, family villa, honeymoon villa and many more.

  Transportation service also to be provided from airport to resort. It is located at a private island estimated time travel from airport by car  is roughly 45  mins  in total. The final layout and rendering of resort  are not available as the duration of internship  ended before completion of this project.
