47  PERSIARAN BERUAS DAMANSARA RESIDENCE

47 Persiaran Beruas Damansara is a project where it was only required to design the Exterior of the residence.  The ideation was to create a American Semi modern and classic design. Various ideas were proposed as shown in the pictures above.

The first idea was to propose a design of stone work. The featuring such as the Entrance pillars , Guard post and House feature walls as these are the main attraction area of the house. Wooden gate was propsoed also with Mid tone Brown finishing . The second idea was black stone design with a mixture of  dark brown wood. the featuring are were designed with Black stone wall work and the top wall  of the house was proposed Unfinished dark brown wood work to give a Elegant and serious look. the third proposal was entire designed with wood like the Old Malaysian style ( Kampung House ). Solid Finished Wood was proposed as it is a long lasting and a very good wood for Exterior designs. Lastly , the fourth design proposal was mixture of 3 different tone wood ,additional touch up of Paint  and  suggested metal fabricated auto gate  to give the modern simple look.

The main attraction for this house is to propose good Landscape design which will make the old house look new and fresh.  More to green plants, trees and red/pink/white plants to be proposed rather than other colours. The outdoor furniture proposed are also made of metal and wood to give the classic look for the house.
