PLAZA DAMANSARA OFFICE HOUSE DESIGN 

48 Plaza Damansara is a Office House  Project more towards  office design rather then a Residence house. Focused more towards foldable furniture and easy maintainance material and furniture but with classic appearance and ambience.

 

 

The concept design of this office house is more towards British Classic design with wood and older time materials. The colour scheme used here is Brown, Beige, Metallic and Maroon. The ground floor is more to a Office area whereby the living hall is a discussion or conference area where foldable table are placed when needed and its kept back in the store if not needed. the Dining area is designed for 8 pax discussion table  with  interconnected  Open discussion area. Apart of office working  area,  the house can easily accomodate 50-80 people when a small office function is taken place. the first floor is mainly for the Boss of Safeguard Corporation whereby there is a sauna area and showering area with given bedroom and prayer room.

More to marble and Solid Wood  flooring  is used as its durablity is commendable compared to other materials plus it is easy to maintain.Leather  and fabric material chairs are used with combination of glass tables and modern copper candeliars. This project was completed in Year 2016  month of December.
