The proposal for a multi storey commercial development in Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur comprise a tower, a 43 storey office building strategically poised at the junction of Jalan Semarak and Jalan Perumahan Gurney, and a 34 storey service apartment tower positioned diagonally opposite, set a distance behind allowing for a podium block to straddle the main street frontage. Felcra Tower project is one of the internship project at HMSK Architecture. The design ,drafting and rendering of the Residential area/ Service Condominiums was done by HMSK Architecture but the rest were handed over to other firms due to lack of time.
The design concept features the Malay tradisional designs. Functionally, the proposed development is designed based on green building principles, the towers having double skin facades that reduce heat gain while allowing for maximum daylighting and podium to be raised for carparks to allow proper heat transfer to the building.

Felcra Service Apartments consists of 45 floors. It has 9 Basement parkings and rest of units and roof top. This service apartment has 7 types of Unit Typical plan. Every corner of building is different hence there are various options of unit plans. Level 9 is where the gym, swimming pool , cafeteria facilities are located. Level 42-45 is where the roof too Exclusive Lounge is located for function, gathering, private meeting and etc.
Every Unit consists of min 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom , pantry , living room and void. Some units consists of more than 2-3 bedrooms and bathrooms, it has balcony and jacuzzi facilities also. All service apartments are with good 270-360 degree view of Iconic Kuala Lumpur area. Most of the units are surrounded by glass windows with a good view of KL. Good card access security services are provided for Felcra Tower ( Residential area ).
